1. Yes, you have to clear all the quests(once) in order complete the log as each one has a unique cutscene and yeah you'll be able to view them even after the event ends.

A few of questions about the summer development quest.
I plan to reconstruct my island after finishing the summer quest and the guide said it was possible. I now have a couple of questions
1. I want to have all the development plan routes on my singularity log. Do I have to choose all of the quests i haven't chosen before in order to complete the log (meaning I have to finish it once and then repeat it twice in order to get all the choices? and will i be able to view them even after the event is finished?
2. Will it still cost materials after to complete quests I haven't chosen before?
