Can you get Hearts of a Foreign God in the Summer event?

Hearts and Dragon Scales, two items who desperately need a fixed node Free Quest to farm (even if with very low drop rates, like 10%).
Just waiting for a Caster/Rider 30/40 AP day does not cut it. Even when dragons and demons appear (and they're rare) they can drop yellow gems. Were the drop guaranteed, would be almost reasonable.

Dragon Scales will get a Free Node (and it's currently the only Free Node even in JP) in the next Singularity, Babylonia. Drop rate is about 14% with 21 AP cost.
Hearts will get theirs at the Singularity that will land around Feb-March

In part II of this event the shop has 10 hearts for sale and also there is a node with demons with a drop rate between 10-15% depending on the dificulty you choose, the node is called "Underground Factory" or something similar (depends on the translation team) and the demons only appear in the dificulty Expert and Explotion, so good luck farming.
