Fuuma or serenity?

So I was wondering who would be a better support star generator for a crit-arts team?

I had started leveling serenity because she can do more arts chains with her two arts cards. But then I kinda realized that if I get more stars each turn I could get more crits and therefore, more np per hit. So now I’m unsure whether I should continue leveling serenity or start with fuuma who I know does a better job at crapping out stars.

Probs Fuuma, but if you can manage to get Emiya assassin then go with him. Emiya is like serenity but with actually good stats.

Go with Fuuma. He's the 3 star version of best Daughter Jack. He'll be your star generator on your team.

I third Fuuma.

Everyone is saying Fuuma but keep in mind that an arts team charges multiple NP with the focus on your DD so I'd say it depends on what your set up looks like. Also Serenity can produce 27 stars on demand every 5 turns which is good on turns that your main DD has 3 cards they can play. Not to mention in an arts spamming team she can provide support by also debilitating the enemy with her NP multiple times. So dont count her out yet.
