Summon tickets are the equivalent of 1 single roll with 3 quartz. If you believe what DW says about their rates, there is no difference in SSR servant rates between single and 10 rolls. That said, based on estimates of the way 10 rolls work, there is a higher chance to get 3* servants rather than 3* CEs, and a slightly higher chance to get SR servants. Take this with a grain of salt though, without any official info on the 10 roll allocation algorithm, no one can definitively give you an answer.
If you want anecdotal evidence though, I don't see much of a difference. I've done 2 10 rolls, 1 got me 2 SSRs + 1 SR, the other got me 2 SRs. Funnily enough, I've gotten 4 SSRs from tickets and only 1 SR, though I can't say how many tickets I've spent (at least 30, very probably more). Most weren't that great though (3 SSR CEs, 2 SR CEs, the rest 3*s).
