Hi.
I need one AOE lancer for farm team. Only one 4* AOE lancer i have for now is Fionn. Is there any better 3* option ? I know i can use my Tamamo Cat for farming insted of lancer, but I want max one aoe lancer for all cases.
I wollroll in 1st summer baner where are 2 lancers but both are single target NP ...
Romulus could work, if you're lucky with his imperial privilege buff. But not consistently. Fionn isn't as bad as the tier list makes him out to be, especially since he's arts focused so it's easier to get his np gauge up with arts chains.
You can also luck out on Atria Pendragon (Lancer) on her new banner later today.
Romulus is a great AOE lancer for both damage and support, especially if you have a lot of Buster servant.
Pure damage wise, Hector is probably better since he ignore defense and they have strengthen his NP.
Or, if you are willing to wait, Jeanne alter lily is this year's Christmas service servant.
Previous answers were all good (Fionn is not terrible for your needs & Hector and Romulus are good choices).

Ty for link (and all for recommendations). All 3 look similar in graph so I give chance to Hector. Def ignore sound good for wave clearing in event and story quests too :)
Dunno how long you are willing to wait for it, but Jalter Santa lily is coming out as a welfare later in the year and she is a pretty good AOE lancer.
