I have 60 q left and i want to roll the summer banner (mostly for the CE). Currently i have emiya np2 as my only archer and well, since he is one of my first servant i kinda have a soft spot for him and i heard he will be very good once all his rank up q goes. Still it would be nice to have another option so i want to know which one is better.
Either go for the first banner if you want to minimize farming at the beginning or wait for the second banner because it has better effects outside the event.
Though 60 quartz may not help, 3 10 rolls msy be viable. Either way, you can skip this banner if you are looking for an archer becase the next event after this will have a welfare that is like Archuria but SR.
Archuria is 5*. 1% chance of roll one.
Anne/Mary are 4*, greater chances of getting it (or if you lucky, even NP2), but also weaker.
They are both good (and limited) servants.
Archuria is a QQAAB Single-Target-NP-Arts Archer who can spam her NP because of refund on her NP bar based on overcharge effect, with the NP also having chances of decreasing enemy gauge in 1. Very uselfull.
Also, she hits 3 times with Arts Cards, and has the passive skills Territory Creation A (arts effectiveness +10%) and Independent Action A (crit dmg+10%). Another Arts monster, like Sabercelot.
She has a self-healing skill, a 3-turns-party-wide attack up (gives the male of your party crit gen+ as well), and a 3 turns self-Arts Up+party wide Def up as her first skill. She's OP, and combines very well with your Emiya 3 arts card deck.
Archer Yuri Pirates are Buster Archer (QAABB, NP is B ST, with that "more dmg if her HP is low" mechanic), with 3-turns-party wide attack up (crit rate plus for males as well), 3-turns-self-attack up who gives gutts, and a skills who create 5-15 stars in one turn, plus increase their star absorption for the turn activation (so, massive dmg coming, since they have crit up +11% on their passives).
I like my NP2 Rider Anne&Mary very much, but I will roll the second banner+tickets (Archuria one), not just for her, but also because of that Ruler Martha, who so far (JP included) is the only 4* Ruler. REALLY want an extra class.
The actual rate for servant gacha are like this:
5 star new pickup is 0.7%, old pickup is 0.6%
4 star new pickup is 1% for each if there are 2 or fewer pickup servant.
Looking at the first swimsuit banner, since there are 3 4 star pickup servant and you still has chance to get something else, the rate of Anne and Mary is less than 1%, maybe about 0.1-0.2% higher than Archer Artoria if not the same.
Strength wise Archer Artoria is way stronger with the ability to spam NP. Also, in that banner is Ruler Martha and Rider Mordred, both are very useful.
