Should I roll for Altera or save for Artoria Lancer?

Since I lack a gold-tier Saber and Lancer (an Archer as well but that's less important right now) I thought this is a good chance to land one of the two. And Altera and Artoria Lancer have been two servants I want.
Which of the two should I get?
Or perhaps I should just save my Quartz altogether?

altera is a saber with straightforward highest saber attack build,her play style is just that,no card effectiveness boost no np damage buff or crit buff to rely on just straightforward attack stat power with a 3 turn %30 damage boost
these kinds of servants are the most fun to have since you don't have go worry about any strategy,just blow everything way with that 16k attack and your aoe np
they may not be as straightforward but I have the Highest attack stat archer(only recently not leveled yet) and karna (had him for months and he is grailed) and I can tell you this; grail that if you get it and you will blast anything that isnt an archer

this game's biggest difficulty isn't in the gameplat you know it's the gacha and the only way to defeat that is to never aim for a specific servant.
never save up or buy quartz just spend as they come without discrimination.
I'm on my 4th month in this game and at the beggining I realized this was too harsh to harbor expectations,ever since I have always spent sq and never experienced disappointment since the way I was rolling never had any build up thus high hopes.which made my 3 sr and 4ssr (an np2 in each rarity) pulls 10 times more exciting than players who spend a thousand sq for one ssr since I only spent 3 for each.
I suggest you follow this advice

Don't worry, I'm not bummed. The only two reasons I wanted Altera was because I lack a Saber and her illustrator, huke, is one of my favorites. I'm sure she'll drop at some point.
But yeah, that's a really good way to look at the gacha system. I'm definitely gonna adopt it. Thanks a lot

Altera has a NP damage buff though...
