Anyway I'm sorry if this will be long and I'm pretty much a noob so...
Let's see...You really have tons of crit servants and berserkers so I guess
1. Emiya (w/o hawk eye interlude) or if possible shuten, Ozy, and Hans or Nightingale. Emiya's your crit star gen, but sadly this could only be done before he gets hawk eye and increases his star absorb and Hans to increase crit or switch when you use NP. Shuten's a good generator, but she's an assassin and with Ozy you'll be fighting mostly casters also I wouldn't recommend using him with Ridertoki. So try to find a new crit star generator if I were you.
2. Mash, Kintoki, Iri or Nightingale. Your defensive one would be the first or just switch Mash or Iri with Nightingale for more offensive option with buster boost, but I recommend the first team and just switch to Nightingale when Kintoki NPs for massive damage.
3. Shuten, Emiya (Hawk eye interlude) or Li shuwen or Billy the kid, Hans. Another crit team. Shuten's the star generator and Hans for crit buff.
4. Shuten, Lancelot, Iri or mash or Hans. Another crit team. Just use Iri or mash to assure Lancelot survives or switch to Hans as you see fit and let Lancelot crit really hard with all the stars shuten produced, plus her Arts deck could help Lancelot...
5. Then...Cu would be good at any team and even just solo and just putting him with a waver borrowed would be fine...
