Summer banner when?

It's really just speculation right now, but the most common consensus is that it will be either on the day the anniversary ends or the day after it.

Speculating since DW hasnt announced anything yet. Some say after the half Ap quests are done others say the 1st week of August

Considering how they are rushing the events like maniacs for some reason, one day or two right after this anniversary period. Sadly, because I wanted some time to farm more materials (f*ckng Seeds for Robin/Cu Caster/Proto-Cu and Proofs of Hero Proofs for Fergus just wont farm themselfves, damnit!), also I need to complete the Free Quests of London, to have places to farm Pages and Gears...

If we are lucky, they can give us one week or two to coldown. But that's kind of improbable...
