Squirtoria or Chloe?

The summer banner is coming soon and I really am not sure if I should spend quartz on them. I've heard Squirtoria is a pretty good arts archer which I really need but I also see people saying Chloe is the same thing pretty much but free. Is it a banner worth rolling or should I save for future banners?

Archtoria is one of the best servants in the games because she is an arts spamming boss killer. Archtoria also has the benefit of having a pretty hefty heal on one of her skills, but she loses some NP charge, she also functions as a pseudo support due to some of her skills having buffs that affect the party.

Chloe kinda works in a similar way, but has a few key differences, one being that despite them having similar NP gen, Chloe will get her NP off faster due to having a charge on one of her skills, also she has a pretty good crit bonus built into her evade, which allows her to have more offensive weight to throw around. Obviously her stats are lower, but she will be one of the best welfares we get.

It's definitely worth rolling on, not just for Archtoria, but the other summer servants as well, as they are all pretty good, but Chloe will be NP5, cuz Welfare, and Archtoria may be NP1-3 if you're lucky or have money to blow, it really depends on which you want, though you'll get Chloe anyways if you do the event.

This is another answer I was looking for. I was hoping someone knew like the in-depth comparison, and you really were able to do that. Basically what im getting is that I should maybe do a few rolls, and if not I don't have to worry since Chloe is also soon. Seriously thank you for the help. Very helpful.

Artoria is really good for you if need arts archer she may even be the best one coming into the game Her NP hits like a truck and plus on arts team her generation is gonna be crazy good So she's incredibly worth one or two yolo rolls. But Chloe is basically the 4 star version of artoria archer and if your really stiff on cash and willing to wait a couple of months then she is perfectly fine and a good fit for what your looking for. I hope I could answer your question

This was a really helpful answer honestly. Guess I'll probably do what you suggested and do maybe one or two rolls and hope for the best. Thanks man.
