imho, i think you may want to save those apples(especially the gold one) for special events with good 4* welfare Servant or Events that use lottery system.
just my personal preference, I'm gonna save up all those apples and use it only if i already level 80 or higher (because it has higher AP replenishment) and maybe for some special event that i really like(or need) the welfare servant offered. Other than that i better wait for another 3 hours or more (eye health concern)
