Master Mission

If it's purely master missions, then just do 5(10) ap dailies. But if grinding as well, then go for 20(40) ap which I recommend if you can do them
Do the treasure vault twice for the kill 15 doors
Do training grounds until you kill 5 shadow servants
Do embers on Tuesday until you complete the 2 ember missions that say defeat 5 of more archer or rider enemies and defeat 5 or more saber or lancer enemies
As for the berserker embers, just do the ember quests until you kill 10 of them(doing it all on Tuesday will do all three missions if you're lucky)
Do 5 daily quests, well this one gets done as you do the other missions
Complete all mission, self-explainatory
