You only get one roll once you choose either Guaranteed Gacha (Knights or Horsemen) and yes it's a guaranteed 5* on your roll.

hi newbie here, i want to roll in Guaranteed Gacha. can I really get 5* servant in my first roll ?

yeah as long as you have 30 paid star quartz (ones that you bought with actual money) ur guaranteed one of the five stars on the banner. They're all pretty good units too excluding Medb but all 5 stars are worth levelling in my opinion.

The paid quartz doesn't count the bonus quarts from purchases. That means the "+17 bonus quartz" stuff doesn't actually count towards the 30 sq needed.
