So focus first and foremost on upgrading Ozy to 10/10/10 and level 90. He's not very good for dealing with waves or for farming, but when it comes to difficult boss content, he's one of the tops. Stick a yakisoba boy on him if you got one. If not, any generic buster up will do.
The next one is more up to your discretion. If you have some 2030s to toss around, medea lily might not be a bad choice. But if you're lacking on those, Cursed arm or lancelot might be better. But if you're planning on the lancelot route, make sure you manage your cooldowns effectively so that lancelot isnt hogging all the stars when you want to do an Ozy NPBB turn.
For the third slot, grab a support waver, or someone else if you dont want easy mode.
For the back line you can put whoever you think would fill in gaps after some playtesting. If you find you're lacking in stars, put a star gen. If you're dying too quickly, Iri can patch you up. I don't know your playstyle and what kinda risks you like to take, so I can't really help you flesh out your back line, but I hope this helps!
