Well, that just depends on what you want. Really doesn't matter much. I agree with you that having Ozy in the support tab would benefit your alt account. How much quartz are you willing to spend for him on your alt account? If it's less than 150, I would personally say the chances alone wouldn't be worth it. If not, up to you.
Also, Ozy has a very specific niche that I think (someone pls confirm) ONLY he has, in that his third grants a party-wide buff success up. If that matters to you at all for your alt account, maybe take that into consideration.
Finally, just my personal opinion, but I favour diversity among servants more than anything else, and if it were me, having Ozy on one account would disqualify him for the other. But I'm not you.
Finally, not having 5* riders in your support isn't that bad. Until I got Ozy, I had Kintoki for my rider slot and even with 1/1/1 skills he got used decently often.
