You really do have a great roster of servants. The question is, which of them is decent to max leveled?

I recommend for you to look at this site's guide for the Camelot singularity. This singularity emphasizes the need for class advantage and good team composition for a certain battle. Even when I have a grailed Jalter, I can't always frontline her on every battles. I main Atalante on some nodes. Even I cheesed a certain battle using Asterios.

In general, a team of main damager + Waver + support is sufficient and I think you already know this given the time you spent on this game by seeing that you have Nobu.

I'm assuming you have these guys leveled up?

The normal enemy nodes shouldn't be too much trouble if you just use the correct AOE NP counter +Waver.

If its bosses, each one has a gimmick you have to beat,

For Gawain, he has massive damage reduction, 80%, 50%, 30%, in each of his fights respectively, you should definitely use Orion and Gil +Waver on frontline, with Emiya, Herc, and another support archer on back

For Mordred, she NPs every turn, you need to burst her down quickly, so Herc, Beo, Waver and Orion should be good, you need to drop your Zerkers NPs immediately, and Orion is tanky enough to survive for a bit

Tristan is probably the easiest boss, just bring your strongest sabers and berserkers and you'll breeze through it, he has berserker damage, but high hitcounts, so he'll charge NP fast for you

Lancelot is also relatively easy, he takes half damage from everything but berserkers and avengers I think? Anyways, it's also best to burst him down quickly or the fight will get drawn out, Herc, Beo, Lu Bu, and Jalter, who I assume you have due to listing NP1 Jeanne twice, will be your best bets, with Waver supporting, Vlad +Tamamo and Waver is also pretty good for this fight.

Ozy and Nito are a pain in the ass, first two rounds are Ozy and caster sphinx, and last is Ozy and Nito, Ozy has his NP ready, so bring a taunter like Mash, and take Nito out first, she has an instant death AoE NP and can be a pain if left unchecked. You'll want to bring your best ST assassin and Rider in the backline with Waver, frontline could be Drake and a few lower rarity assassins to take out the first two waves.

The beast pillar is annoying, it heals for 100k, then 10k each turn in the first fight, then it does this twice in the second fight, basically, it just needs to be deleted with ST cavalry class NPs, so MHX, Sanzang, Shiki, Jack, Ushi, Ridertoki, any of those +Waver and a suvivalist in the back.

GR is also pretty easy, she has Invlun pierce on her NP i think? Evades and such won't work, so bring your best ST sabers up front, and put 4* Nero in the back because she has triple guts and huge heals, and is a great backliner.

As someone who just cleared it relying mostly on my three stars, kintoki, lancelot, and whale support you are really in a good standing to clear this thing no problem. The main thing to note is that camelot really is reliant on the prepared and decently leveled. If you set up your team to prepare for each node, you definitely won't have too much problem. I even went into some of the nodes with a lvl 50 medea and lvl 50 lancelot that I recently pulled and manage to come out fine. Albiet, they did die but did their job well.
Unlike other singularities, I didn't use a single command seal my whole run so with your line up, you should be fine. They're spoiler-free guides on this site that can help. Be prepared, watch out for the gimmicks of the round table, and enjoy a really fun singularity.
