Camelot Artoria Lancer

Question is quite simple, i've saved around 1000$.

But i am not sure if and when there will be Artoria Lancer gacha, i thought it'll be now in Camelot but surprisingly she isn't there only Ozy and Nito with Lancelot... anyone have idea when she will come out ? And/Or it's possible/worth it to try to get her from Story gacha ? on site it's written she's unlocked after complete camelot story clear.
