What is this arrow about?
So what is up with the orange arrow on support servants? Some servants have lv 5 np with the arrow blue, some have orange and others don't even have an arrow? What is this?

it show if noble phantasm have strengthen or not. some servant can strengthen np if you complete interlude

On some other servants e.g. Tamamo-no-Mae, it tells you whether the servant's skill has been upgraded through clearing interlude or not. No arrow beside Tamamo's third skill means it won't give you heal in addition to arts effectiveness up.
