Cheap support for arts team

I have good support and semi support servants for my arts team included tamamo, jeanne, Shuten and Nero (bride) but I have some problems in events beacause the team cost (all event CE are 5*) and Some times I must change my Cu to Hassan to made my team cheaper even with Mash.
I was thinking on Hans or Mozart but I dont know who is better for my team and also more cheaper because I think they will be good if their skill are on a high level.
Which one do you recommended me?
