Which one is better? Generally I'm having issues with making a good overall team with Altria because of her high cost. But on the other hand she has better overall stats than Salter.
IMHO Salter's just a lot better. I mean they're just basically the same with the exception of charisma, and of course stats, but a grailed Salter's NP just hurts a lot more than Altria's np even after her interlude and considering both of their charisma at level 10. I mean 450% buster AOE np? When buster AOE nps usually ranges from 300 to 400 %? Well your choice, but I think Salter's would benefit you in the long run if you're looking for an offensive AOE saber
They are really just the same unless Salter is grailed and NP2, in which case, Salter is better. Artoria has better charisma buff and better stats as a 5* overall that gave her edges over Salter even though her NP multiplier is lower. Grailed and NP2 Salter made her shine better than Artoria because she mostly makes up for the stat gap with the grails and NP2 will make her hit better than Artoria
