I know there's a 1% chance of getting that CE in the 3BP raid quests, but who's the one that drops it? Can I just instakill the oni and get it or do I have to kill the servant as well?
I've got 5 hot springs drops. 4 drops came from the first crystal in Raikou fight. The last one came from Ushi in the first gate rerun.
Granted i've spent most of this event in the raids burning the dumplings to farm and save my apples. So the I'm not as lucky as 5 drops sounds. But yeah I dont think the Oni drops anything but 1 or 2 mats max.
I'm pretty sure all of the enemies in a raid node have a chance to drop the craft essence if past events are any indication.
I dropped it on the first raid (Green guy) in a 1BP quest, it was the side ennemy (not the big oni) who dropped it.
Didn't see it since then xD
