Tier B+

The Trung Sisters are a single target Arts Saber Servant with a mix of both self and supportive offensive buffs. Their NP provides healing over time for all allies, along with an Arts and Buster buff to allies for three turns. Additionally, their kit can further bolster allies with ATK, Arts Performance, NP Gain, and Crit Rate Resist. Finally, one of their most unique skills provides them with an Arts/Buster buff and the ability for their Buster hits to buff Arts damage, and Arts hits to buff Buster damage. Unfortunately, the Trung Sisters do not have any hard defensive option to their name, so they will need defensive support for any hard-hitting attacks from enemies. Their kit, despite their odd second skill, is actually relatively straight forward and mostly offensively focused, and the Trung Sisters make for a solid Arts Saber option that is capable of looping, especially if they can land a crit or two in an Extra Chain afterwards. The greatest shortcoming is probably the wealth of other powerful single target Arts Saber Servants available in the roster, making their competition quite fierce.

Tier A

Taisui Xingjun, the welfare of the 2024 Sea Monster Crisis Event, is an AoE Arts looper of the Alter Ego Class with a flexible, well rounded supportive kit. Being Alter Ego, he works quite well across all Cavalry (Rider, Caster, Assassin, Berserker) farming nodes. He provides a mix of support to allies, including Arts buffs, NP Gain, Buff Removal Resist, Debuff Immunity, and Guts. For himself, he can buff his own NP Damage and charge his NP Gauge by up to 30%. Utility wise, he has Skill Seal effects and the ability to inflict Curse with his NP. Finally, his NP itself also deals bonus damage against Human attribute enemies, making his damage quite respectable against the right opponents. Overall, Taisui Xingjun is a solid Arts farmer that covers many Classes, while also providing handy supportive effects for some challenging quests, which make him great to keep around.

Tier A -> A+

Amor (Caren) received a Rank up during the Valentine's 2024 event, which boosts her NP damage and gives it a new anti-Chaotic alignment bonus. The pure damage boost by itself is a welcome upgrade to her overall firepower, and the alignment based trait bonus is just a cherry on top; it was agreed that she receive a bump in tier with the upgrade.

Tier A -> A

The Road to 7 Lostbelt 1 campaign adds a new Rank Up for Ivan the Terrible, providing his skill with an ever-handy NP Gauge charger of up to 30%, along with some slightly more niche effects of boosting his Special ATK against both Lawful and Chaotic alignment Servants. These buffs are extremely handy for him, giving him the ability to loop his NP with Koyanskaya and Oberon. Overall, however, it was agreed that he was rated somewhat on the higher side before, and that these buffs solidify his current placement rather than changing it.

Tier A -> A

Tesla received a new Rank Up during the Battle in New York 2024 event, upgrading his first skill a second time and adding increased Buff and Debuff success rate for himself. This helps guarantee the chance based effects tied to his kit. However, it was generally agreed that these don't quite push him up a tier as they do not actually change his ceiling and instead improve his consistency.

Tier C+ -> B

Edison also receives a Rank Up during Battle in New York 2024, receiving a very helpful upgrade to his second skill. The NP Gauge per turn now targets all allies, and he additionally grants a 5-turn NP Damage buff to all allies. Overall, this upgrade bolsters his supportive capacity in parties, and was agreed to give him enough utility to warrant a bump up in tier for him.
