At the start of the battle, the following effects will trigger:
- Vicinity of Cherishment: Inflict Damage Taken Up by 2,000 for all [Hominidae] trait Servants. Apply Damage Cut by 1,000 to all [Demonic Beast] trait Servants. All effects include the backline [Permanent, Unremovable].
- Massacre-Existence Meteorite: Apply the following to Beast IV at battle start:
  - Decrease Max HP by 3% (5 turns) when normal attacking.
  - Increase own Max HP by 50,000 (5 turns) when summoned enemies are defeated [Unremovable].
  - When one of the Master's Servants are defeated, increase all enemies' ATK by 50% (3 turns) and Recover their HP by 50,000 [Unremovable].
- Jade Emperor Embodiment: Investiture of the Gods:
  - Apply 50% Special ATK vs Beast IV and increase Mental Debuff Resist by 50% for all allies. [Permanent, Unremovable]
  - Apply Guts to all allies (1 time, 60% HP Revival). When Guts triggers, increase NP Gauge by 20%, decrease enemies' Critical Rate by 15%, and apply a delayed buff that reapplies the same Guts effect after 5 turns pass (1 time, 60% HP Revival) [Unremovable].
- If NPC Ibuki Douji is chosen as Support Servant:
  - Serious Mode: Apply Debuff Immune, 10 Critical Stars per turn, Invincibility against enemies' NP (3 times) and Increase Critical Star Gather Rate by 6000% for NPC Ibuki-Douji. [Permanent, Unremovable]
- If NPC Jiang Ziya is chosen as Support Servant:
  - Todun: Increase NPC Jiang Ziya's NP Gain by 100% and Buff Success Rate of all allies by 30%. While he is on the field, increase all allies' ATK by 30% and remove all class-related defense disadvantage modifiers [Permanent, Unremovable]
- If NPC Dobrynya Nikitich is chosen as Support Servant:
  - Great Warrior: Increase NPC Dobrynya Nikitich's NP Strength by 50%. Increase her NP Strength by 50% after she defeats an enemy. While she is on the field, increase all allied Servants' DEF by 30%. [Permanent, Unremovable]
On the turn that Mash Kyrielight's first Black Barrel skill is used, the following effect will trigger:
- Habetrot - "Time to strike! Be prepared": Habetrot will appear and activate her Noble Phantasm (NP5), dealing damage and removing buffs from all enemies. Inflict Damage Resist Down by 50% (5 turns) and decrease ATK by 50% (5 turns) on all enemies [Unremovable].
Every 2 turns, before choosing Command Cards, activate one of these effects in the following order:
- Liquor of the Gods: Inflict Skill Seal (1 turn) on all enemies. Decrease their NP Bar by 1. Increase all allies' ATK by 20% (3 turns).
- Deluge: Remove the last 3 buffs from all enemies. Apply [Near Water] battlefield effect (3 turn). Remove all debuffs from all allied Servants. Recover 500 HP the allied Servant with the lowest HP.
