Reward: Weak Constitution > Zettou A
The OG Okita Souji finally gets an NP charger of her own, with 20-30% NP Gauge available to her on demand after her Interlude's upgrade to her Weak Constitution skill (which was otherwise a somewhat underwhelming skill that solely improved her Star Gather). In addition, she also gets a 1-turn Crit Damage +30-50% buff with the skill usage, synergizing well with the Star Gather buff, making any Crits on that turn hurt for extra. The buff is a welcome one, making her relatively weak second skill much more broadly useful.

Okita Alter's third skill gains an upgrade with her latest Interlude, increasing the turn length of her self NP damage buff to 3 turns. The skill's Evade effect also now lasts 2 times, 3 turns. Additionally, it gains a new effect of providing her with +2 Overcharge levels for 1 time, 3 turns. Practically speaking, the Overcharge buff is just a minor +10% to the power of the Buster Resist debuff inflicted by her NP after damage, although it still provides buffs to subsequent Buster Card hits from any source, and is still helpful even if minor.
