The banner requires 12 Paid Quartz to roll, and can only be done once per account.
The banner will be available to ALL users including new Masters for their first 30 days.
Masters who already started the game will have the banner available starting from 8/15/2023 01:00 PDT for 30 days.
Once the 30 days pass, the summon banner will disappear and cannot be used any longer!
