Ozy is arguably the best Rider in the game.
LArturia is a NP Spammer (her 3rd skill gives 50% charge at lv 10, her NP gives NP refund that increased with overcharge).
As for synergies, you might try to find it yourself, because I don't have them all. Looks like JAlter's 2nd skill works well with LArturia, and Ozy would likely be your main DPS if you want to use him, so no JAlter there. Imo, if you are satisfied with your Quick Trinity (lucky you have all pieces) And your JAlter, you can skip both. You need supports in your team though
