This banner is NA exclusive, although it existed in JP as a part of the Koyanskaya of Light banner (where all 5* SSR Servants were shared with Koyanskaya of Light on rotation instead). Due to the early introduction of pity, 5* SSRs are all given solo rate-ups for NA.
