Anyone know when is the next best chance at Salter?
Really want to get her. I have quartz saved up just to pull her despite other servants I should prioritize in getting.

Looking online it seems the next one will be during the first year anniversary summer festival. She and a bunch of other servants from Fuyuki will be getting a rate up
