Noble Phantasm: Dazzlement of the Yggdmillennia: Deal damage to all enemies. Decrease NP Gauge for all enemies by 20%.

Upon 1st Break: Summon Chiron into the battlefield and grant Chiron an Unremovable Sure Hit buff for 5 turns.

Upon 2nd Break: Summon Achilles into the battlefield and grant Achilles an Unremovable Reduce Damage Received buff for 5 turns.
