Tier B
The famous Greek king of Ithaca, Odysseus, manifests in the relatively rare role as an AoE Arts Rider. His NP has the useful effect of removing defensive buffs (including Evade and Invincible) before dealing damage, while also providing himself with an NP Damage buff. In his kit, offensively he has a 30% NP charge, modest Quick and Arts buffs, and Star Gather buffs. Defensively, he has a 1-turn Invincible, Buff Removal Resist, Defense Up, and Charm Immunity. He also provides an interesting utility effect of applying Taunt on all allies except for a selected target for three turns, which can be a way to protect a specific team member at the expense of the others for a few turns. His damage is decent, although despite having an Arts NP, the refund he gains from it is relatively poor, making it difficult for him to loop his NP without extensive support or extra Card hits after his NP. Even so, his balanced set of utility effects and offense/defense make him a valuable ally to have.
