The great Ganesha (Jinako) is the first Moon Cancer Servant to be made available in the general summoning pool. Her kit comes with a handy party 20% NP Charge, ATK buff, Stars per turn, targetable Invincibility and NP Gain buffs (at the cost of Skill Sealing the target), and a self Taunt, Damage Cut, and ATK buff. Her AoE Arts NP can decrease enemies' DEF, and restore her own HP and grant herself with a turn of Invincibility. Her kit has a multitude of effects, giving her support, tanking, and offensive ability. For Masters with undeveloped rosters, she may be able to help fill in as an NP Charge Support / Tank until alternatives are available. However, unfortunately this also means her kit lacks focus: her NP Gauge support is undeniably flexible, although her offensive support is essentially close to the level of a Charisma skill, without her own damage output being very substantial. Her ability to soak up damage in the place of her allies can also be useful, although there are also other tank options at lower party Cost with arguably greater effectiveness at the role. Finally, her damage suffers from having a classing that rarely sees offensive class advantage (only against Avengers, which do not often come in groups). Ganesha is good at staying on the field and can take damage for allies for a turn, but she might not be the optimal choice to keep on the field given her lower damage output and less effective support.

Arjuna Alter descends from the heavens to grant Masters with the image of what a Berserker Buster AoE Servant can be. At first glance, it may seem that Arjuna Alter's Buster NP is a tad disappointing with its very straightforward damage and Buster Resist debuff effect. However, even at low NP levels, he is capable of hitting high amounts of damage due to his first skill's Special Attack versus "debuffed" enemies. Given his NP applies its 3-turn Buster Resist debuff before damage, the "debuffed" trait will almost always be applicable unless the enemy has Debuff Immunity / high debuff resist. On top of those, he also has a self ATK and Buster Star Gather buffs, both of which last three turns, which can further boost his damage output. He also has a 30% self NP charge, which can help him unleash multiple NPs more quickly, especially when fielded with supports. His self-sustain consists of HP recovery per turn and self Guts, which are helpful, although in many cases his damage is high enough that enemies will be decimated before defensive measures come into the equation. For both farming and challenging encounters that don't involve debuff immunity, Arjuna Alter provides a one-size-fits-all solution by making enemies disappear quickly and effectively, earning him a place among the upper echelons of AoE damage dealers in the roster.

Lakshmi Bai's arrival marks the entrance of the very first Saber AoE Quick damage dealer. As a nod to her lore, much of her kit is filled with chance-based effects. The unreliability of her kit can be mitigated using her third skill's Buff Success Rate buff, which will guarantee all chance-based effects at max level. She provides ATK, Star Drop, Crit Strength, and Buff Success Rate support to the party, and can provide Invincibility, HP Regen, and Damage Cut to an ally. She also can grant Guts to herself, at the mostly inconsequential demerit of decreasing her own Debuff Resist. Her AoE NP will remove offensive buffs from enemies and decrease their Critical Rate. Her greatest weakness is arguably her low damage, which makes her extremely difficult to use effectively without extensive supports. She is technically capable of NP looping with double Skadi, and is the only AoE Saber who can fit the bill, although her refund amount makes it rather difficult to do consistently without access to copious amounts of NP Support / MLB CEs.

Tier B+
Asvatthaman rolls in as a new Archer-class ST Buster entry to the roster. Two skills in his kit provide debuffs / buffs when normal attacking, which allow him to stack multiple buffs or debuffs on himself and enemies. With relatively low skill cooldown times on those skills, his uptime is also relatively high. He also has a self invincibility that comes with a 30% NP Gauge charge at max, which gives him better access to his Noble Phantasm. His NP itself will remove defensive buffs after damage, and deals greater damage the lower his HP is. In combination, on-hit effects and low HP bonuses make him an effective solo Servant for some scenarios as well, as greater access to his cards allow him to stack debuffs/buffs more quickly, and being the only target will allow him to more quickly take advantage of his low HP damage bonus. At the same time, however, this means that his effects rely on using his cards, which can be unreliable. It should be noted that Asvatthaman is fully immune to Mental Debuffs due to his passive, which can come in handy when facing quests with special gimmicks. Overall Asvatthaman is an extremely solid ST Archer, being a great choice as a primary Archer DPS.

Tier B
William Tell is an Archer touting an ST Arts NP capable of dealing bonus damage to enemies with Evade active. His kit provides a few utility effects, including Skill Seal and self Debuff Immunity, while also being able to generate Stars, and buff his own Arts, Star Gather, and Crit Strength. Although he does not have a source of NP, his solid card performance gives him strong access to his NP relatively consistently, capable of looping his NP even without support, provided Arts Crits and enough overkill hits. William Tell is another solid entry to the Archer class, complete with a high-tech crossbow and tactical camoflauge.

Asclepius is a 3-star Caster-class Servant with a healing-centric, supportive kit. His NP provides a rather rare Guts for all allies, although the Guts does not affect himself. It additionally grants Debuff Immunity and HP regen for all allies. He also has a skill with up to 5,000 HP recovery with a Debuff Resist buff for a single ally, making him a potent healer. His other two skills focus more on NP support, providing an NP Gain buff and up to 20% NP Gauge for all allies. They additionally have some utility effects, including an NP Seal and the ability to fully cleanse debuffs from all allies. His NP Support makes him a great NP loop support option, while his healing support make him a candidate for stall teams as well. He serves as an excellent NP 3* support option for those lacking other NP support Servants.

Tier List Movements
5 Star Servants
Tier D -> D+
Arthur Pendragon gained an upgrade to his Intuition skill, which increased the number of Critical Stars and gave him a 3-turn Critical Strength buff. The buff is a small but welcome one that improves his critical damage slightly. However, among other AoE Sabers, he still falls short, and although the upgrade helps his performance, is not quite enough of a boost to move him up a full tier. He does receive another Rank Up in the future, however; in the meantime, he moves up half a tier to D+.

Tier C -> C+
Osakabehime sits at a rather odd position of being a Servant with a supportive skill set for Quick Servants, where her competition is fierce (Skadi). Her latest interlude gives a welcome party Critical Strength buff, which complements Quick teams well, and boosts her performance as a Support (as well as her effectiveness Solo). However, in the grand scheme of Support Servants, she still probably would not be the first choice for many cases even with this buff. Even then, it was largely agreed that a small bump in tier would be due for her.

Tier A -> A
Mysterious Heroine X (Alter)'s latest upgrade gives her an additional HP Recovery per Turn ability on her first healing skill, as well as adding a modest-valued Critical Strength buff that works 1 time across all three card colors. For frequent users of MHXA, they will find this helps her performance just a tad, keeping her on the field a bit longer and adding just a bit of extra power to her critical strikes, although it was agreed that the upgrade isn't particularly game-changing for MHXA. As a result, she stays in her current tier.
Mysterious Heroine X (Alter): A -> A (Avg Score: 9.06) - [NorseFTX - A][TrubotheDwarf - A+][WhiteRabbit - A][Meliran - A][Rathilal - A][Ceui - A]
Tier B+ -> B+
Minamoto-no-Raikou's buff provides her with a handy Critical Strength buff on top of her existing Star Gather buff, which helps make her crits more effective for 3 times within 3 turns. This improves her performance in one of her primary roles as a Buster Crit Servant. The buff overall isn't quite substantial enough to change her tier, although it solidifies her current placement as an extremely solid AoE Buster option.

Tier B+ -> B+
Assassin of the Nightless City gains an NP Upgrade with her latest Interlude, increasing its base damage multiplier and adding a rather useful buff removal effect. Unfortunately, the buff removal occurs after damage, so the NP's damage can still be mitigated by defensive buffs, but it can still remove those buffs for any subsequent interactions. The buff is certainly a very nice one for users of the haughty Assassin, although it was generally agreed that it would not be quite enough to push her up a tier. She remains a solid ST Assassin option nonetheless.
