5 Star Servants
Tier A > A
Ishtar gains an NP Upgrade with this Interlude batch, which provides the standard +100% Damage boost for AoE Buster NPs. In addition, the NP will now generate a flat 20 critical stars, which synergizes rather well with her Critical Strength party buff and her innate Crit Damage passive. The party can expect to see more crits on turns following her NP, which is more than welcome in addition to the NP's damage boost. However, it was agreed that although extremely useful as an upgrade, it does not quite push her up a tier, although she still remains one of the top AoE Archers available at a solid A tier position.
Ishtar: A -> A (Avg Score: 9) - [NorseFTX - A][TrubotheDwarf - A][WhiteRabbit - A][Meliran - A][Rathilal - A]
Tier A > A
Nikola Tesla's NP Gain skill now provides an addition smaller-valued NP Gain buff to all allies except for himself; the skill otherwise remains largely unchanged, with the self buff staying the same in value. The buff may not directly improve his own performance, but it certainly improves his supportive utility. The value of his NP Gain buff does not quite reach the levels of Paraclesus and Nero Bride, who are mainstays as NP Gain support options, although the change is still welcome nonetheless. Since this change does not affect his performance greatly, we largely agreed that a tier movement for Tesla isn't warranted with this upgrade.
Nikola Tesla: A -> A (Avg Score: 8.93) - [NorseFTX - A][TrubotheDwarf - A][WhiteRabbit - A][Meliran - A-][Rathilal - A]
Tier B+ > A+
Not to be shown up by Ishtar, Enkidu also receives an NP Upgrade during this Interlude batch. Along with the standard ST Buster damage increase of +200% across the board, Enuma Elish now additionally deals bonus Special Attack damage to enemies with the Threat to Humanity trait (which includes the Foreigners and a few other Servants), earning Enkidu an additional niche. The overcharge effect's 3-turn DEF debuff, which activates before NP damage, also increases by an additional 10% across the board, further bumping up damage done to the target both by the NP and by any additional hits for three turns. With all buffs in combination, against the ideal opponent (with Special Attack bonus), Enkidu ranks among the hardest hitters as far as single-target Lancers go, even surpassing Scathach. With this in mind, it was agreed that Enkidu deserves a generous tier bump with this upgrade.
Enkidu: B+ -> A+ (Avg Score: 9.2) - [NorseFTX - A+][TrubotheDwarf - A][WhiteRabbit - A+][Meliran - A][Rathilal - A+]

Tier C > B
Altria Pendragon (Alter)'s rank up arrives a whole six months earlier than expected with the Heaven's Feel III blu ray release campaign. This Rank Up improved her Intuition skill, now granting it a 20% flat NP Gauge charge for herself along with a small boost to the amount of stars generated by the skill. An NP Gauge charge skill is always welcome, and although this does not quite allow her to 3-turn loop yet (given her NP's innate 10% refund falls short), it is an excellent quality of life improvement for helping to top off her gauge for crucial moments. As a result it was largely agreed that she deserves a movement up a tier from C to B.
Altria Pendragon (Alter): C -> B (Avg Score: 7.73) - [NorseFTX - B-][TrubotheDwarf - B][WhiteRabbit - C+][Meliran - B][Rathilal - B-]
