Overview
In essence, the second round (11-6) against Megalos is an easier version of the first round (11-5), with Megalos suffering from a permanent Attack Down and Defense Down, in addition to having less HP.
In terms of how Megalos acts, there is no change in the second round compare to the first, so any strategy and team setup used to complete the first round will work for the second round. In case it's been some time since completing the first round, that information can be found here.
Team Recommendations
As mentioned in the Overview, Servants that were effective for the first round are still effective in the second round, so not much sense in fixing something that isn't broken. In case it's been some time since doing the first round, that information can be found here.
